The Culture in Me Is a Blazing Ember
The 2023 Latinx Youth Summit brought high school students, families, and educators together at Centralia College for a day celebrating culture while exploring possibilities for the future. Inspired by the theme “The culture in me is a blazing ember / La cultura en mí es una brasa ardiente,” the summit connected students with college, career, and STEM-focused opportunities in a space rooted in culture, community, and belonging.
